We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Items must be unused and undamaged unless the return relates to a fault.

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Return Shipping

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For any other approved return, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
